You get a tailor-made site that is designed, built, hosted, secured and maintained for a one-time setup fee and a fixed monthly fee — no surprise invoices, no plugins to worry about. I keep the technical side running; you keep a site that stays current, fast and yours to edit.
Below: how the process works, what each level — Essential or Growth — includes, what I need from you, and the terms in short. When you are ready, the form at the bottom takes two minutes — then you pick a time for a 30-minute call.

You send the brief

We talk for 30 minutes
You pick a time straight after sending. We go through goals, pages and which level — Essential or Growth — fits your business best.

Proposal & agreement
You get a written scope, level and monthly fee. Sign digitally — nothing starts before you have accepted.

Design, build, live
Design proposal first, then the built site — usually live within two to three weeks. Then it is hosted and looked after.

What I need from you
You don't need everything ready — we figure most of it out together.
- A short note about your business — what you do and who you want to reach
- Your logo, if you have one (no logo yet? no problem)
- Any text or photos you already have — or we use licensed images together
- Your domain name, or I help you pick one

Everything here is optional — only added if you want it, and always with a price before we start.

The terms in short
- One-time setup fee of 290 € covers design, build and launch — waived if you pay the first year annually.
- The monthly fee covers hosting, maintenance, updates and support.
- All prices excl. VAT. Invoiced monthly or yearly — your choice.
- Minimum term 6 months, then 1 month's notice.
- Growth includes 1 hour of change work per month; extra work is quoted first.
- Logo design, copywriting and image work are add-ons, not part of the monthly fee.
- You own your domain, content and data.
- Nothing is charged before a signed agreement.
